What does ClientFlow cost?

$297 a month after your free 30 days, plus usage. There's no contract, and you can cancel anytime.

When does my card get charged?

Not during your first 30 days. Your $297 monthly subscription starts after your free month. Cancel before then and you pay nothing for the subscription.

What is usage?

Usage is what phone carriers and email providers charge for each text, call minute and email. It's billed at the platform's cost with no markup. You only pay for what your account actually uses. What counts as usage:

Your business phone number: a small monthly fee.
Phone calls: billed by the minute.
Your AI phone assistant: billed by the minute it's on a call.
Text messages: billed per segment (up to 160 characters, or about 70 if there's an emoji), plus carrier fees.
Texting registration (A2P, the registration phone carriers require before a business can text): a one-time fee plus a small monthly carrier fee.
Email: every email sent, including CC and BCC.
Email verification: checking addresses are real before a big send.
AI features: AI-written content, and the AI that answers texts and chats.

What does usage usually cost?

Platform rates as of September 2026:

Email: about $0.68 per 1,000 emails. Emailing 800 people costs about 55 cents.
Email verification: about $2.50 per 1,000 addresses.
Texts: less than a penny per segment, plus carrier fees. 500 texts in a month is about $4 before carrier fees.

For most agents, usage runs a few dollars to a few tens of dollars a month. An AI phone assistant is usually the biggest line, because it's billed by the minute. Rates are set by the platform and the phone carriers and can change.

Do I have to install anything?

No. Just log in and start running your business.

Do I have to set it up myself?

No. Your CRM starts with my real estate systems already in it, a step-by-step fast-start guide, and an AI coach connected to your CRM to answer questions as you go.

Can my assistant run it?

Yes. The fast-start guide is written so an agent or an assistant can follow it, and the AI coach works for either of you.

Can I sync my Google or Outlook calendar?

Yes. Two-way sync is available, so you see your appointments in the CRM and in your Google or Outlook calendar.

Can I cancel?

Yes. There's no contract. You can cancel anytime and download your contacts and content first.
