Do I have to install anything?

You do not have to install anything. Just log in and start building and running your business.

What other fees can I expect?

If you do not already have a website domain hosted on GoDaddy or Cloudfare, then you can purchase on for $15 a year with Clientflow CRM. There are fees for phone, SMS/text and email usage that come from Mailgun and Twilio. Most of them are sub-pennies on the dollar (for example, .001 per email and .0079 for a text). An A2P compliant phone number with the system is ($1.15 per month) and initial charge of $23 to submit your campaign for approval for text messaging. We add $10 to your account when you sign up to help off set some of these initial charges.

Can I sync and Google or Outlook Calendar?

Yes! Two-way sync is available. So you will be able to see your appointments in the CRM and your Google or Outlook Calendar as well.

What happens if I want to cancel coaching?

The monthly price for the subscription will reduce to $97/month or $297/month if you have more than 3-sub-accounts operating. You can cancel completely and download your contacts and content from the CRM. We do not have a contract for the CRM use (only a contract if you sign up for coaching at the $497 or $997 level).
